Jump start your productivity with these quotes by Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was notably one of the most interesting minds that ever lived. His theory of relativity revolutionized our understanding of space, time, gravity and the universe. Who wouldn’t be interested in quotes by Albert Einstein?

He was known as a tireless worker who was dedicated to science. One could say he was one of the most productive people of the 20th century. This productivity was largely due to his persistence and desire to solve problems.

Productivity and persistence are essential traits for success and self improvement. Although quotes by Albert Einstein aren’t going to change your life by themselves, they can provide a glimpse into the way he thought.

Quotes by Albert Einstein can motivate, inspire, and cause you to think about things differently.

The more you think about things differently, the more likely you are to start taking different actions.  Over time, taking different actions will change your life.

In that way, quotes serve as a foundation and impetus for self improvement and change.

For example, one of my favorite quotes by Albert Einstein is:

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

To me this quote is about living a dull, purposeless life or living a life full of wonder and amazement.

If you live as though nothing is a miracle, you become familiar with everything. You don’t have much appreciation and gratitude for the world. Therefore you don’t care to bring your best self to the world each day.

If you view everything as a miracle, you can find amazement with the flight of a bird, or a sunset. Or numerous other things that we have come to accept as normal.

These things are far from unexceptional, they are everyday miracles.

A thing doesn’t cease to be amazing just because it’s the hundredth time you’ve seen it as opposed to the first.

Viewing everything in life as a miracle provides a sort of energy that pushes you forward. Viewing nothing as extraordinary conditions a lackadaisical attitude.

One of these is productive, the other is counterproductive.

When I think of this quote I have the drive to view things with new eyes. I have a renewed appreciation for the seemingly simple.

My childlike wonder and curiosity returns, and I naturally evolve into a more creative state. I feel more motivated to act.

Thinking in this way becomes a catalyst for creativity and productivity. It may sound strange but I encourage you to try it.
